Chef behind Wïsk Desserts, out of Montreal. After many years of coordinating and managing big advertising projects, I decided to turn my creativity towards the culinary world, and plunge myself into the crazy and delicious world of pastry. With my many years in advertising in my armory, culinary styling became a perfect fit. My love of quality ingredients and acute attention to detail drive my passion.
